Due to the custom and specialty nature of our products, all sales are final. Returns or replacements are only accepted if an item arrives damaged and the issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photo or video evidence for verification. For the protection of both parties, damage claims submitted after this time frame or items that have been installed, used, or altered cannot be accepted. Once verified, we will work with you to determine the appropriate resolution.
When will I get my order?
Once your order is placed, please allow 3-5 business days for payment processing and outbound clearance. As soon as your package ships, we will send a tracking number to your email or update your Shop account with real-time delivery estimates.
